Little Finger carrot is a baby gourmet Nantes type that develops a beautiful orange color quickly for early pulling. The most popular variety of baby carrots. Tender, sweet miniature carrots are great for eating fresh, serving whole, canning or for pickling. These tender carrots are only 3" long, and are almost coreless and of superior quality. This variety does well in areas with full sun, and in zones three to nine. It does best in sandy soil that has been well drained. It can be densely planted and produce a large harvest in a small amount of space or grown in containers.
