The Jedi Jalapeño is dark green, thick walled fruit with excellent tolerance to checking and cracking. Vigorous plant, outstanding quality, exceptional yield. Continuous set allows for an extended pick. A mature jalapeño chili is 4-4 1/2" long and hangs down with a round, firm, smooth flesh of 25–38 mm wide. It can have a range of pungency, with Scoville heat units of 3,500 to 3,600.
